Software and Hardware Support

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic hardware technician or system support expert who enjoys solving problems, and applying hands-on expertise? If you take pride in reliability, attention to detail, planning, and care—and have a curious mind for new technology—this role could be perfect for you!
We’re looking for someone with old-school skills and modern curiosity to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity, focused on supporting our hardware and software systems—KIM and Quallogi.

What You Bring:
✔️ A lifetime of technical know-how—whether in system support, IT helpdesk, or software configuration
✔️ A steady, reliable approach—planning, organising, and getting the job done right
✔️ Sharp attention to detail—because the little things always matter
✔️ A problem-solver’s mindset—tackling software-related challenges with skill and care
✔️ An inquisitive side—interested in how new digital tools can enhance traditional workflows
✔️ A team-oriented attitude—able to work independently while supporting the wider team

Why This Role?
✨ Full-time / Part-time, flexible work—ideal if you want to stay engaged without the full-time grind
✨ A hands-on role—putting your support skills to use in a growing, local business
✨ Bayside/Mornington Peninsula location—work close to home in a friendly, supportive environment
✨ A chance to mix experience with curiosity—bridging the gap between traditional know-how and modern software solutions

If you’re someone who values quality work, cares about getting things right, and enjoys learning something new, we’d love to hear from you!
