Mandatory Skills
10+ years software engineering experience
5+ years focused on LLM / Generative AI
Production-grade LLM applications
RAG & Vector Databases
LangGraph / LangChain / LlamaIndex / CrewAI or equivalent
AI evaluation & observability – Langfuse / LangSmith
Strong Python development
Prompt engineering & retrieval systems
Agentic workflows, tool/function calling & orchestration
Scalable APIs & cloud-native architecture
Docker & Kubernetes
Cloud deployment – preferably GCP
PostgreSQL / vector databases / document stores
Preferred Skills
Multi-agent systems, planning & memory
AI testing, benchmarking & automated quality assessment
OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / Llama / Mistral
Fine-tuning & synthetic data generation
ML model development/training
