Our partner is a respected software house known for delivering end-to-end solutions for distributed software systems, with a strong focus on innovative, next-generation technologies. In this role, you’ll join a skilled team of engineers working on AI-driven projects, contributing from early-stage evaluation through to proof-of-concept and implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior developer and ICT architect on large-scale, technically challenging projects
• Design well-structured, scalable software architectures and communicate them clearly
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into practical solutions
• Drive innovation through AI-based architectures (e.g. RAG models), from evaluation to deployment
• Remain hands-on, actively contributing to development alongside the team

Your Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong architectural thinking beyond just coding
• Deep interest in AI technologies and complex system landscapes
• Dedicated to writing clean, maintainable, high-quality software

Your Profile

• Solid full-stack experience with .NET or Java, Spring (Boot), Angular or React
• Familiar with Kafka or similar messaging systems, as well as Docker and container-based setups
• Experience building secure, cloud-native applications (preferably in Azure or AWS)
• Knowledge of security topics such as IAM, PKI, encryption, authentication and authorization
• Experience with microservice architectures and modeling methods
• Exposure to AI applications, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Fluent in German (written and spoken), and English
