Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Architect cum System Designer with 2–5 years of experience in software development, application design, and system architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable software solutions, developing technical specifications, building efficient APIs, and contributing to architecture decisions under the guidance of senior technical leaders.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, knowledge of system design principles, database architecture, API development, and experience building secure, reliable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities1. Software Design and Architecture

• Design modular, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Contribute to application architecture and technology selection.
• Prepare high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.

2. System Design and Development

• Design application components, service interactions, data flows, and system integrations.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Understand and implement system design concepts such as caching, load balancing, queues, and asynchronous processing.
• Design efficient database schemas, relationships, indexes, and queries.
• Contribute to building scalable applications using monolithic or microservices architectures, as appropriate.

3. Programming and Implementation

• Develop clean, reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Work with one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and secure development guidelines.

4. Database and API Design

• Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Design and implement API contracts, request/response structures, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Understand database transactions, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Support integrations with external systems and internal services.

5. Cloud and Deployment

• Understand cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Work with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Follow best practices for application configuration, logging, monitoring, and security.

6. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and technical leads.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
• Assist in identifying technical risks and recommending suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, software architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in software development and application design.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language and its associated frameworks.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Understanding of system design fundamentals, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience with REST APIs, database design, and software integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, unit testing, debugging, and code review practices.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
