Software Assistant Project Manager

About the Role

In this role, you have the opportunity to Responsible to end-to-end lead and drive product/technology/system/solution creation from the initial start until the introduction in the Market or until internal company delivery, while meeting financial target, product requirements and on time market launch, in order to fulfill stakeholders/business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for whole process of project management of the company's product software project and the achievement of project objectives;
• Support the company's strategy landing, effectively identify project management problems within the organization, improve and enhance the efficiency of the organization;
• Responsible for the establishment, implementation, review, delivery, quality control of product projects, reasonable allocation of resources according to the schedule, and ensure that the project is delivered on time and in accordance with quality and quantity;
• Coordinate the overall resources of the project, assign tasks, formulate project plans, and ensure that related problems in the project are quickly and effectively solved;
• Responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination, promote the timely delivery and implementation of the project, coordinate the allocation of technical support resources, and control the project rhythm and closed-loop management of key matters.
• Receive and manage product problems, analyze and judge according to the actual situation of different needs, combine the company's internal resources to dock sales needs, and complete demand assessment, feedback and tracking.
• Support the optimization and implementation of the company's project management system, and the achievement of product objectives and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Have relevant project experience in software products;
• Have the ability to analyze industry trends, data and competitors;
• Have market research, user research, product commercialization thinking ability;
• Have a certain understanding of the state of robot-related technologies/industries.
• Familiar with mobile APP, platform APP and other software development project management;
• Application software development experience is strong plus ;
• Good skill in English, Mandarin.
