🧭 Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager with strong experience in IT services or software development companies to lead the successful delivery of complex software initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle , including frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA practices , ensuring high-quality releases and efficient collaboration across engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and operationally strong , capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams while maintaining delivery timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects across distributed engineering teams
• Coordinate work across Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership
• Conduct technical screening interviews for active engineering positions to validate candidates’ technical capabilities and alignment with project needs
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks and continuous improvement practices
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics
• Promote best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) , quality assurance, and deployment processes
• Support planning, sprint ceremonies, and release management activities

🧩 Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development delivery, program management, or technical project management
• Proven experience working in IT services or software development companies
• Strong understanding of full-cycle software development (SDLC)
• Experience coordinating teams across Frontend, Backend, DevOps, and QA disciplines
• Experience participating in or leading technical candidate evaluations or screening interviews
• Experience managing distributed or nearshore engineering teams
• Advanced English and Spanish conversational skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

📚 Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in software engineering or computer science
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
• Experience delivering projects for international clients or US-based teams
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile Delivery certifications
