Description Growth and Onboarding team's mission is to make it easier for Amazonians to build rewarding careers in Amazon's peculiar culture. To deliver on this mission, the Growth and Onboarding tech team is building onboarding and growth tools (Grow). Grow enables Amazonians to get personalized experiences to help them deliver for customers from Day 1.
