What they need
We are looking for experiencedSoftware Developers to join a strategic project for Frontex:
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, IT-relevant degree mandatory
- English: B2 (CEFR)
- Minimum 6 years of IT-relevant professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Software Developer role
Mandatory certification (at least 1 among):
- Advanced-level certificate in a software development technology domain
- or equivalent internationally recognized certification
Highly valued (specific requirements):
- Experience as Software Developer (or similar) on ICT projects part of or querying the Schengen Information System (SIS)
- Experience with solutions enabling fingerprint scanning (NIST format), MRZ document scanning, or RFID biometric document scanning
- Additional relevant ICT solution development experience
Key skills:
UML application design, data/business logic/UI layer development, Scrum, technical leadership, technical documentation.
