Software Developer & Business Analyst

• Gather and analyze business requirements from users, stakeholders and related teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows and Data Mapping
• Coordinate with Business Development, QA, Project Manager, and vendors across the project life cycle.
• Support solution design, impact analysis, and system integration discussions.
• Clarify requirements, business rules, and functional logic during development and testing.
• Support SIT/UAT, facilitate workshops, and maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation.
• Support application development and enhancement activities based on approved requirements.
• Participate in technical design and development discussion in line with architecture and SDLC standards.
• Perform impact analysis on application changes, database objects, and system interfaces.
• Work with developers and QA on unit testings, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Contribute to prioritized SDLC activities including integration, release implementation, and post-production support.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor 's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in System analyst, Business analyst or IT Business analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Experience in banking or financial service project is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and projec delivery governance.
• Good command of English
