Software Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications with minimal supervision.
• Work independently on assigned modules and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and basic cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on complex projects with minimal guidance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.

Nice to Have

• Full Stack Development experience (basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale applications.

Work from Office 5 days
Monday to Friday

Location - Indiranagar ,Bangalore
1st & 5th Saturday working | All other Saturdays & Sundays off
