Duties

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Design system architectures employing design patterns and microservices principles to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, conduct code reviews, and continuously improve development processes using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git.
• Integrate cloud infrastructure services such as AWS to enhance application deployment, scalability, and security.
• Implement security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard data and systems.
• Participate in system design discussions for new features or system upgrades, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in software development with experience in web development frameworks like React Express and JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including Linux environments, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and network protocols such as REST.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL and SQL for data storage solutions.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies to promote iterative progress and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with software design patterns, microservices architecture, scalability considerations, and system design for large-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as GitHub or SVN to manage code repositories effectively.
• Ability to develop APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that enable efficient communication between different software components.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Java, Python, C++, VBA, and C for diverse application development needs.
• Experience working with front-end development tools like JavaScript frameworks (React) for creating engaging user interfaces.

Pay: $125,910.77 - $151,634.47 per year
