Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for Full Stack Developers to join our development teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable web applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and other developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Strong experience with frontend development using technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Strong backend development experience using Java, Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing or E2E testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with messaging systems, caching, or distributed systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
