What they need
We are looking for a Software Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Go Lang & Java in backend application development and cloud-native solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in GoLang and Java
- Solid experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs .
- Good understanding of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native application deployment
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of software development best practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Docker for application containerization,image creation, and deployment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
- Exposure to Generative AI or AI-enabled application development
- Experience in the Industrial Automation domain (PLC, Ethernet Switch, OT/IT Integration) is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and services
- Build secure, high-performance cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver quality software
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
- Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant software development experience
