- Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year experience in the said role.
- Experience in project management and the ability to plan and coordinate software development projects.
- Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Can accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective programming skills in relevant languages and technologies.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development tools.
- Background in java/c# .net technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Database systems and design
