Software Developer

We are looking for a capable and forward-thinking Software Developer to join our internal team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools, and who can independently design, build, and deploy high-quality web applications. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient digital solutions that support business and client needs.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of development tasks end-to-end, from planning through to deployment and ongoing optimisation.

What you'll do:
Web Development & Deployment

• Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and related frameworks
• Deploy applications via Vercel and manage environments effectively
• Ensure applications are fast, responsive, secure, and production-ready
• AI-Assisted Development
• Use AI tools and modern “vibe coding” workflows to improve development speed and quality
• Apply AI-assisted coding for prototyping, debugging, and optimisation
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools to improve efficiency

API & System Integration

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into applications
• Ensure reliable data flow and system performance across integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Conduct testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
• Identify and fix bugs efficiently
• Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly with stakeholders
• Work closely with non-technical team members, including leadership
• Translate technical requirements into clear, practical outputs

Continuous Improvement

• Take ownership of personal development and technical growth
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
• Stay updated with modern development trends and tools

Who are we looking for:
Experience

• 3–4 years of web development experience, or
• Strong portfolio demonstrating capability (open to exceptional fresh graduates)

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Next.js or similar modern frameworks
• Experience deploying via Vercel and using GitHub for version control
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong understanding of APIs and web application architecture
