Software Developer

• Base salary up to $150,000 + Super, depending on experience

About the role

Build and modernise GPK’s POS, inventory, and ERP platforms. Convert legacy systems into modern apps using React, C#, and AI tools like Claude Code. Configure retail hardware and support key client integrations.

Duties

• Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using React and C#
• Leverage Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate production-ready code delivery
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and optimise SQL Server databases
• Configure onsite POS hardware and resolve customer support tickets
• Integrate third-party systems and automate manual workflows

Skills & experience

• Software development background using C#/.NET and JavaScript frameworks
• Active experience using AI coding tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot
• Exposure to mobile development (Flutter/Dart) and app store publishing preferred
• Knowledge of retail POS platforms or Azure cloud environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and clear stakeholder communication abilities
