This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to early mid-level developer to gain exposure to modern software development, cloud technologies, data analytics, integrations, and financial systems while working alongside experienced developers and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and enhancing business-critical applications that support the growth of our business and improve the experience of our clients and employees.

What You'll Be Working On

You will work across a range of business-critical platforms, including our investor and staff portal, APIs, databases, cloud applications, system integrations, and reporting solutions. This role offers excellent exposure to both software development and business analysis, providing a strong foundation for future career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and web-based solutions.
• Work alongside senior developers and analysts to improve existing systems and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Support reporting, analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Assist with cloud deployments, application support, and system troubleshooting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, documentation, and agile development processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience building or supporting business applications or data-driven systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
