Software Developer

SLI Consulting Inc. is hiring Mid Developers for a project requiring practical experience in software development and AI-assisted coding. Candidates should be comfortable developing and maintaining applications while using AI coding tools to improve productivity without compromising code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software features using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
• Create and maintain reusable prompts, repository context files, and development instructions.
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code.
• Develop applications using C#, .NET Core MVC, web technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT and UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with deployment, release, and rollback activities.
• Maintain source code, technical documentation, and task records.
• Participate in system design discussions and follow secure AI usage practices.
• Update assigned tasks in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants in actual development projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core MVC, web development, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio or VS Code, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Agile software development and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Employment Details

• Fixed-term project engagement for 12 months.
• Target project start: November 2026.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
