Salary Budget: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with experience in the Insurance Brokerage industry who understands insurance processes and has worked with multiple insurance companies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and experience developing, maintaining, and integrating software solutions for insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications for insurance brokerage operations.
• Integrate systems with multiple insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
• Work on API integrations and data exchange between the brokerage platform and various insurers.
• Automate insurance workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and ensure smooth system performance.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and insurance teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy, application security, and system reliability.
• Provide ongoing support, testing, and updates for existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Developer in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance broker or brokerage firm.
• Must have experience working with multiple insurers and integrating or managing their systems.
• Good understanding of insurance products, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, and claims workflows.
• Experience with API development and third-party system integrations.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and web technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently working with insurance brokers, insurance intermediaries, or insurance technology companies.
• Experience handling integrations with multiple insurance providers.
• Practical understanding of insurance brokerage platforms and digital insurance processes.
• Candidates who can join at the offered salary range.

Compensation: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
