Connolly Motor Group | In-house IT team | Full-time
Love writing code that real people use every single day? Want to see your work go live across a busy group of car dealerships, not disappear into a backlog? Come build the tools that keep Connolly Motor Group moving.
We're a multi-site Irish car dealer group with sites across the West and North-West, including Ballina, Collooney, Galway, Letterkenny and Sligo, and we're growing. Our small in-house IT team is building modern software for the business, and we want a developer who's excited to own it with us.
What you'll build

Dashboards and a reporting portal. Internal tools on ASP.NET Core / C# and SQL Server that put sales, stock and valuation figures in front of the people who need them.

Integrations with dealer systems. Connect our platforms with dealer systems such as KeyLoop so data flows without the copy-and-paste.

Online service booking. Improve the system our customers use to book their car in for a service.

Sales admin tools. Build practical apps, like ticketing and workflow tools, that make the sales admin team's day easier.

AI-assisted development and automation. Use AI coding tools to ship faster, and automate the manual, repetitive jobs around the business.
What you'll bring

Solid experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core ideally).

Confidence with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server a bonus).

Web front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and building clean, usable screens.

Experience building and consuming APIs.

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID know-how is a plus.

Genuine curiosity about AI, and how it can help you build better, faster.

A practical, can-do attitude and enjoyment of talking to the people who use your software.
Why you'll love it

Real impact. Your work will be used daily by teams across our dealerships, and you'll hear about it.

Small team, big ownership. No layers of red tape. You'll help shape what we build and how we build it.

Modern tools. A current Microsoft stack, cloud services and AI-assisted development.

Variety. Dashboards one week, integrations or customer-facing features the next.
