Software Developer

Diffco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, build, test, and maintain software applications that support client requirements and business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong programming knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to application development projects, implement new features, improve existing systems, and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
• Write efficient, readable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver software features.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve defects.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Review code and follow established software development standards.
• Maintain and improve existing applications for performance and reliability.
• Participate in technical planning and software design discussions.
• Document application functionality, technical decisions, and code changes.
• Support software releases, updates, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and API development or integration.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage development tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern web frameworks and application development tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows.
• Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
