Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to develop, maintain, and improve the company's software applications, including LMS, CRM, HRMS, and operations management systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Develop and improve user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into existing applications.
• Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with the development team to plan and implement new features.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using Git/GitHub.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing software systems.
• Ensure application functionality, security, and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand software requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Perform other software development tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and software development.
• Experience with Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks is an advantage.
• Understanding of REST APIs, database management, and software integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant software development experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
