Responsibilities

• Work with different codebases and understand unfamiliar technologies.
• Develop small to medium-sized software features.
• Improve existing code for readability, reliability, and performance.
• Review code for quality, correctness, and clarity.
• Document technical approaches and development decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional software development experience in at least one of the following: Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with different codebases and technologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions independently.
• Prior experience with AI is not required.
