Software Developer (Frontend)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Build and maintain Backend-for-Frontend services to support frontend applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to define APIs, data contracts, and service integrations.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes across frontend and backend interactions.
• Review business requirements and proactively clarify ambiguities before implementation.
• Ensure delivered solutions comply with project standards, coding guidelines, and acceptance
• Participate in design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Support deployment activities, defect fixing, and production issue investigations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Experience building or maintaining Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, UI architecture, and responsive web design.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of Solace, Kafka, or other messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
