As a Software Developer - Interfacing, you will support a major insurance transformation initiative focused on system interfacing and integration. You will enable connectivity between the client's DXC GraphTalk core insurance platform and a variety of internal and external systems, designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions, APIs, messaging services, and data exchange processes that enable seamless communication across the insurance ecosystem. The Qualifications We Seek

Development and GraphTalk Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant software development experience
• Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk is required
• Strong experience in system integration and interface development
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Integration Technologies

• Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services
• Experience working with XML and data transformation technologies
• Knowledge of middleware, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar solutions
• Understanding of API design, system communication, and data exchange protocols

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Your Daily Tasks

Interface and Integration Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between the DXC GraphTalk platform and external applications
• Develop and support APIs, web services, and integration components
• Implement and maintain system-to-system communication using industry-standard integration patterns
• Build and support data exchange processes across business-critical insurance systems
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP service integrations
• Work with messaging and middleware technologies to support scalable integrations

Technical Collaboration and Troubleshooting

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to define integration requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface, connectivity, and data flow issues

Delivery, Support, and Standards

• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Document integration solutions and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
