Software Developer Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
• Work on new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and application improvements.
• Develop and consume REST APIs.
• Work with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understand existing codebases and contribute to assigned modules.
• Perform unit testing and basic application debugging.
• Use Git for source-code management and collaborate with the development team.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Learn and work with new technologies based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Programming Concepts.

• Good knowledge of at least one programming language such as:

• Java

• Python

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• C++

• Good understanding of OOP concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Understanding of DBMS and SQL.

• Basic understanding of Operating Systems and Computer Networks.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Academic or personal projects in software development.
• Exposure to React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD concepts.
• Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or open-source projects.
• GitHub projects or a technical portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong academic foundation in programming and computer science subjects.
• Candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 are preferred.
• No active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Willingness to work from the Pune office.
