We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Software Developer Intern to join our technology team and gain hands-on experience building, testing, and improving real-world software products.

Role Overview

The Software Developer Intern will work closely with the development and product teams on the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications and internal systems.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong foundation in programming and wants to develop practical experience working on AI-powered enterprise technology, APIs, databases, integrations, and scalable software systems.

The candidate will be expected to learn quickly, write clean code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to real development projects under the guidance of senior developers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development

• Develop and maintain software applications and internal tools.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Convert functional requirements into technical implementations.

• Work with senior developers to build and improve product features.

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.

2. Application & Feature Development

• Assist in developing new product features and modules.

• Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development based on project requirements.

• Develop reusable components and application logic.

• Integrate software modules with existing systems and services.

• Support the development of AI-enabled application features.

3. API & System Integration

• Develop and consume REST APIs.

• Assist with third-party API integrations.

• Work with backend services and databases.

• Support integrations between Nabo.E and external enterprise systems.

• Understand data flow between different applications and services.

4. Testing & Debugging

• Test applications and features before deployment.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs.

• Perform basic unit testing and functional testing.

• Investigate technical issues and work with senior developers to resolve them.

• Ensure developed features meet functional and technical requirements.

5. Database & Data Handling

• Work with relational or NoSQL databases as required.

• Write basic database queries and perform data operations.

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency.

• Assist in designing and optimizing basic database structures.

6. Development & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and development discussions.

• Use Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.

• Follow established coding standards and development practices.

• Maintain technical documentation where required.

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other departments.

7. Learning & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with relevant software development technologies and frameworks.

• Learn and apply new tools and technologies based on project requirements.

• Understand software architecture, development workflows, and deployment processes.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing code and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.

• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Understanding of REST APIs and web services is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Git/GitHub or version-control systems.

• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities.

• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
