Job Summary

Are you an experienced developer with strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-quality applications? We're looking for a driven Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to join our team! This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile and full-stack web applications, while mentoring a team of developers and driving best practices across our technology stack.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Oversee the development and enhancement of full-stack web applications using Laravel (PHP) and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js/Nuxt.js, React/Next.js, or similar)
• Design, develop, and review RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Supervise and mentor developers by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality applications
• Manage application deployment and infrastructure within AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, API Gateway)
• Oversee database design, optimization, and maintenance using MySQL, MSSQL, and Firebase
• Implement and manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes
• Monitor application performance, security, and reliability, and lead troubleshooting and optimization efforts
• Plan project timelines, assign tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure timely delivery of development milestones
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and development efficiency

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack and mobile application development, including 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Laravel (PHP), and at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js/Nuxt.js, React/Next.js, or similar), with solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and component-based development
• Strong experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment
