Software Developer (MERN + React Native) | 3+ Years Experience

We are looking for a Software Developer with at least 3 years of professional software development experience to join our development team. You will work on building, testing, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications using the MERN stack and React Native.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of actual professional/work experience in software development. This is not an entry-level, internship, or fresh graduate position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with the development team on new features and improvements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Follow development best practices and continuously improve technical skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and JSON
• Familiarity with Vite
• Experience using Git
• Understanding of responsive web development
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback

Employment Requirements

• Salary: PHP 35,000/month during the probationary period of up to 6 months. Early regularization may be granted based on performance, with a salary increase upon regularization.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Philippine Time for the first 2–3 months of training, then 1:00 PM–10:00 PM Philippine Time thereafter, with a 1-hour break per shift.
• Exclusivity: Employees may not hold another job, freelance role, consultancy, or similar professional engagement while employed with the company

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
