Your responsibilities

• Building features for innoGPT and InnoChat, integrating leading AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini etc.)
• Designing and implementing scalable REST and WebSocket APIs and microservices
• Ensuring stability and performance under high load
• Working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering to optimise response quality and token usage
• Implementing GDPR-compliant solutions and encryption mechanisms
• Collaborating closely with the product team and contributing technical ideas

What you bring

• Experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, Go or similar)
• Solid knowledge of modern frameworks and databases (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Clean code principles and test-driven development

Nice to have

Bonus Points If You Also Bring

• Experience with AI/ML and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Frontend skills (React, Vue.js or similar)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications
• Understanding of GDPR and privacy-by-design
