Role Summary

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Professional Services team and build customized technical solutions that address unique customer requirements beyond our standard product capabilities.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop custom features and integrations, and deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will leverage technologies such as Python/Golang/ PHP to solve real-world business problems while ensuring high-quality implementation and timely delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, problem-solving, working across diverse customer use cases, and learning new technologies.

What We Look For

• 1-2 years of hands-on development experience in Python/ Golang or PHP , with strong programming fundamentals.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and other databases , including SQL queries, joins, indexing, and query optimization. Exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, with a good understanding of JSON, HTTP methods, status codes, and API authentication.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, code reviews, testing practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of application deployment, server management, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud (GCP), shell scripting, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
• Ability to understand business requirements, break them down into technical tasks, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and ownership skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to different customer requirements, and step outside your comfort zone when needed.
• A solid understanding of engineering best practices, continuous integration, and incremental delivery.
