About the role

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business and IT process requirements. Configure and maintain platform components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automation. Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related platform data structures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support business and IT process requirements
• Configure and maintain platform components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automation
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related platform data structures
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that ensure system reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvements
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting knowledge sharing across teams
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and best practices to improve service quality and user satisfaction

About you

• At least bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and support
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and workflow automation
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and related ServiceNow integration tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
