Full-Stack AI EngineerAbout the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team and help build and scale real-world products from end to end.

You’ll work across the entire stack — from designing Python backend services and PostgreSQL data models to building intuitive React/TypeScript interfaces. A key part of the role will be developing and shipping AI/LLM-powered features that solve practical business problems, particularly around document understanding, data extraction, and automation.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, moving quickly, and turning ideas into production-ready products.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept to production.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
• Develop and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
• Build AI-powered workflows for tasks such as document reading, information extraction, classification, and automation.
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Own features across the full development lifecycle — architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Evaluate new AI tools, models, and techniques and determine where they can provide meaningful product value.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping real products end to end.
• Strong experience with Python backend development.
• Strong experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Proven experience shipping AI/LLM features into production, not just prototypes or experiments.
• Experience with AI-powered document processing, document understanding, data extraction, or similar workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Strong product mindset — you care about the user and business outcome, not just the code.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, accounting, ERP, payments, or financial software.
• Experience working with financial documents, invoices, receipts, statements, or accounting data.
• Experience with OCR, document AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments.
• Experience working in an early-stage or fast-moving product environment.
