Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader to lead and manage a development team across multiple technology stacks. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and analytical skills, strong fundamentals rooted in computer science, and a good understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the technical/development team.

Plan and manage features from requirements to final delivery.

Prepare and review Requirement Documents (REQ Docs).

Break features into technical tasks and assign them to developers.

Track progress, timelines, priorities, and quality.

Review completed tasks and ensure technical standards are maintained.

Guide developers in technical problem-solving and decision-making.

Coordinate with the Reporting Manager and provide project updates.

Conduct feature/product demos.

Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery.

Promote effective use of AI-assisted development tools across the team.

Required Skills:

Strong fundamentals in Computer Science & Software Engineering.

Good working knowledge of React and basic-to-good understanding of Node.js.

Strong understanding of SDLC, technical requirements, and feature planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working across different technology stacks.

AI-assisted development/tools experience is mandatory.

Strong communication, leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills.

Candidate Profile:

6+ years of experience in software/technical roles.

3–4 years of experience managing development/technical teams.

Proven experience leading developers and managing feature/project delivery.

Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
