Software Developer (Web & Mobile)

Join our team as a Software Developer (Web & Mobile), where you'll play a key role in shaping both our web and mobile presence. You'll take ownership of improving existing web platforms while helping establish our mobile app capabilities from the ground up.

We're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in VueJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS, plus mobile development skills using Expo. This is a highly collaborative role — you'll partner with backend engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ship digital products that are reliable, intuitive, and built to scale.

Job Description:

• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, including a mix of internal tools and public-facing platforms.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as VueJS and ReactJS.
• Plan, prototype, and develop mobile applications to support the organization's expansion plans.
• Build and maintain mobile applications using Expo.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with APIs, databases, and backend services.
• Support product testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements across web and mobile platforms.
• Work with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional, polished interfaces.
• Build automation scripts and internal tools to streamline daily workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing systems, suggest better workflows, and explore new technologies that support business goals.
• Assist with deployment, QA, and release processes as needed.
• Provide technical support to other teams or regional offices when required.
• Document technical processes and development changes as needed.
• Take on other technical tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Solid hands-on experience with VueJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Practical experience building mobile apps with Expo.
• Track record of shipping mobile apps, ideally using cross-platform tools (React Native, Flutter) or native iOS/Android development.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
• Confidence integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Comfortable collaborating with backend engineers to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Strong problem-solving ability and close attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team setting.
• Genuine interest in picking up new technologies and driving improvements to existing systems.
• Clear communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
