Software Developer/Programmer

Job Overview:

A Software Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet user needs and business goals. The role involves working closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development:
• Design, develop, and implement software applications based on specifications and requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Perform unit and integration testing of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Ensure the software meets quality standards and best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Document code and software changes clearly for future maintenance.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement:
• Keep up to date with new technology trends and development tools.
• Contribute ideas for improving the software development process and product quality
• .Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others depending on the role.
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
