As an SDE, you will contribute to a variety of high-impact initiatives that empower our partners. These initiatives include generating data-driven insights through personalized business applications and data infrastructure enhancements, creating seamless workflow experiences by improving our core platform and developing streamlined stakeholder interactions, and cultivating compliance-first solutions that implement robust access controls and raise the bar on security and data governance.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the full development life-cycle, including design, development, and implementation of code, tools, and scripts for one or more systems.
  • Engage in full-stack development, designing and building scalable, robust web applications and services that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to create intelligent, personalized customer interactions and automate complex processes.
  • Innovate and improve processes to enhance key business outputs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with program managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
  • Leverage your strong coding skills, technical depth, and passion for solving complex problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
