Software Development Engineer II

For our client, we are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will contribute to the development of technology solutions that support healthcare operations and delivery. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver reliable software that meets business and technical needs. This is a hands-on engineering role with opportunities to influence architecture, improve code quality, and help drive successful project execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively
• Contribute to technology architecture and roadmap
• Ensure timely delivery of team goals with high quality
• Write flexible, reusable, and efficient code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Expertise in Python or a similar programming language
• Strong foundation in software design principles
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and practices
