What they need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in Software/Application Development
- 3–5 years of experience leading Software Development teams
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, API, Microservices, Database, System Integration, Cloud/Container, and Security
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps/DevSecOps
- Experience in managing software delivery and working closely with PMO
- Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI setting
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
