Software Development Manager - Application Development and Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application development and delivery, including technical architecture and design decisions.
• Drive microservices, REST API, cloud-native application development and scalability.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and scope.
• Lead Agile/Scrum practices and manage delivery through Jira.
• Mentor and manage the software engineering team, including hiring and performance management.
• Resolve technical/delivery blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure CI/CD, application security and Infrastructure-as-Code practices across development.
