Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Lead a team of developers providing guidance on technical best practices, coding standards, and project management principles.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, testing procedures, and quality assurance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in software development or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
• Excellent client management skills with ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Team Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Delivery Management.
