Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure effective resource planning, allocation, and management to meet project deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Provide leadership support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Delivery Management or related field.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong understanding of Program Management principles and practices (PMP certification preferred).
