Software Development Training Program

Role Overview: This program provides young adults with intensive technical and professional training, internship opportunities, and personalized coaching to kickstart their careers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development in areas such as Application Development, Business Operations, Banking, Customer Success, IT Support, Data Analysis, Financial Operations, Project Management, and Network Security & Support.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations, earning an educational stipend during this phase.
• Develop professional business and communication skills, including interviewing, networking, and resume building.
• Receive ongoing support and mentorship to facilitate career launch.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No bachelor’s degree obtained.
• Availability Monday through Friday for program participation.
• Ability to complete screening questions during application.

Key Duties: Attending classes, completing internships, building skills, and participating in career development activities to enhance employability and academic prospects.
