About this vacancy

You will join a multidisciplinary team and take care of:

• Development and maintenance of embedded software for devices and industrial systems

• Design and implementation of software solutions closely integrated with hardware

• Integration, debugging, and validation of software on target systems

• Collaboration with hardware, firmware, and test teams to ensure product quality and reliability

• Support for testing, integration, and continuous improvement of development processes

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines

• Experience in embedded software development

• Excellent knowledge of C/C++ programming languages

• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS) and/or embedded Linux

• Knowledge of major embedded communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)

• Ability to work in a team and a problem-solving oriented approach - Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000.00, in line with the provisions of the national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL exceeding the above-indicated level.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase in accordance with current company policies.
