Software Engineer Fresher

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated fresher with a strong foundation in programming and databases, who is eager to work across multiple technologies including backend development and ERP systems. The role involves working on end-to-end issue resolution, development, and support across platforms like Node.js/Ruby on Rails, databases, and Oracle-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on backend development using Node.js or Ruby on Rails (RoR).
• Develop, debug, and optimize MySQL or other relational databases.
• Write and maintain stored procedures, queries, and database scripts.
• Support and enhance applications built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle APEX.
• Perform end-to-end issue analysis, debugging, and resolution across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, and other tech teams).
• Participate in production support and ensure system stability.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Node.js or Ruby on Rails (RoR).
• Understanding of MySQL or any relational database.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Willingness to learn Oracle OIC and APEX.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
