Software Engineer 5 - iOS

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer 5 - Ios to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $388,000 – $558,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to enhance consumer-facing experiences
• Develop robust, maintainable code and ensure effective documentation
• Partner with product managers to scope and prioritize projects effectively
• Work with designers to refine UI specifications and enhance user interfaces
• Evaluate technical trade-offs to inform software design decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on iOS development using Swift
• Strong proficiency with GraphQL for data management
• Experience in building maintainable and scalable architectures
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams
• Understanding of server-driven UI (SDUI) and its impact on user experience
