Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, design, and document user and business requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, training, support, documentation, and maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain software applications and solutions to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within established timelines.
• Ensure software solutions adhere to secure coding practices and mitigate common security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems to support seamless data exchange.
• Conduct research and development activities to evaluate emerging technologies and enhance existing solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders as required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to applications, systems, and processes.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in software development and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Competent in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SQL.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control tools, and application deployment.
• Experience with microservices, .NET, Node.js, Python, React.js, Vue.js, Flutter, or React Native would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems) or Oracle Forms and Reports would be an added advantage.
• Passionate about software development technologies, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Possess high initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team, with good communication skills in English.
