About the role

Develop and maintain software, web applications, and digital tools to support manufacturing and production operations. Monitor and maintain servers, applications, databases, and related systems to ensure stable operation. Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software, web applications, and digital tools to support manufacturing and production operations
• Monitor and maintain servers, applications, databases, and related systems to ensure stable operation
• Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and integration issues in a timely manner
• Support system testing, deployment, backup, change management, and technical documentation
• Support AI-related solutions, such as AI Chatbots, Prompt Engineering, Local LLM, and RAG, where applicable
• Provide user training and technical support for factory staff

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in software development, application support, IT systems, or a related role; manufacturing experience is preferred
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, VB.NET, C#, C/C++, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, system integration, and software deployment
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, networking, backup, and system monitoring is an advantage
• Knowledge or interest in AI technologies, including AI Chatbots, Prompt Engineering, Local LLM, and RAG, is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with an understanding of factory production and quality processes
