About The Role An innovative AI technology company is seeking a Software Engineer to join its QA team. This role focuses on improving software quality through intelligent automation, AI-powered testing, and continuous quality improvement.

You'll work on expanding automated testing, improving test reliability, designing scalable QA processes, and building AI-assisted testing solutions used across multiple enterprise products.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing solutions for manual testing processes
• Build AI/LLM-powered test automation tools
• Improve automated test quality and coverage
• Design and manage the full test case lifecycle
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify and resolve flaky tests
• Establish QA standards and testing best practices
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Business teams
• Drive continuous improvements to product quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ year of TypeScript development
• Experience with AI-assisted development or test automation
• Experience in software testing and QA
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams
• Fluent Japanese

• Full-stack development
• Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest
• GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines
