We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to design and build AI-native applications that transform business operations through intelligent automation and agent-driven workflows. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Full-Stack Engineering, Applied AI, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Systems Integration.

The ideal candidate has experience building production-grade applications using modern web technologies, integrating AI capabilities into business processes, and developing scalable systems that interact with enterprise platforms and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent workflow automation solutions that leverage AI models, retrieval systems, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
• Build full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs, backend services, and data integration solutions.
• Create and manage entity models, schemas, authorization rules, and validation frameworks using ORM technologies.
• Integrate enterprise platforms, third-party services, and business systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Define data migration strategies, API contracts, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and participate in operational support activities.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, code review, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and modern web application development.
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Agentic workflows
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt and context engineering
• AI evaluation and testing methodologies
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills.
• Experience with GraphQL, ORM frameworks, or entity-modeling systems.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants as part of daily development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and multi-step workflow systems.
• Experience building internal business applications and operational tools.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and warehousing technologies.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience designing automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled applications.
